Committee moved to table action on the proposed sign design with the understanding that the applicant provide a revised drawing that depicts: (1) revised dimensions for the projecting sign; (2) placement of the projecting sign a minimum of 10' above the sidewalk, per the requirements of Section 350.08 (a) of the City Zoning Code; and, (3) a revised color scheme for the sign face that utilizes a cream-colored background in place of the proposed white color and maroon-colored letters to read "Notary & Title" in place of the originally proposed red color.  The Committee had no problem with the black title block in which the word "Services" would be situated, provided that the letters also be changed to a cream color.  The project sponsor will follow-up with a revised drawing depicting the desired changes and PMS colors.
